Kristfield’s Bed and Breakfast - in Freeland, WA
We are surrounded by water - access to Whidbey Island is by ferry from Port Townsend to Keystone, or from Mulkiteo to Clinton, or by the Deception Pass Bridge from Fidalgo Island. Saratoga Passage lies between our two islands, and is home to gray Whales each April. To the west are the Straits of San Juan de Fuca, bringing in a wealth of intertidal life from the Pacific Ocean.
Nestled in the Olympic Mountain rain shadow the Island collects about half the rainfall of Seattle. With views of Saratoga Passage and the Olympic Mountain range, Kristfield’s Bed and Breakfast has avant-garde comforts, privacy, full breakfasts, back deck, two guestrooms, grass courtyard and relaxation by the fireplace. A 40' screen HDTV with Comcast-on-demand movies, Kristfield's also has for their guest convenience high speed internet with WI-FI connection's now available.
Cloak yourself in panoramic mountain and water views, explore miles of public beaches and parks, and visit some of the northwest’s most breathtaking scenery where small communities grip the sea and the tempo of Island life is gentle.
