Rates & Policies
Rates & Payments
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to all
applicable taxes. At present, we can only accept cash or checks.
You will be asked to mail a deposit to reserve a room in advance.
Our current rate is $95.00 (plus tax) per night with a two
night minimum for the Skylar Room, $125.00 for the Noah Room, and $155.00 for the Deluxe
Room. Rates subject to change without notice.
Kristfield’s has a two night minimum or one night by
chance. Your reservation is secured by a deposit, by check,
received within two weeks for those nights lodging.

Cancellation
Cancellation must
be made in advance or the room rate will
be charged. Room reservations will
be refunded if cancellations are made
not less than two full weeks in advance
of your planned date of arrival.
Cancellations made after that time will
result in the forfeit of your deposit
unless the room can be resold for the
date(s) you had reserved. Should
that occur, we will happily issue a
refund minus a $25.00 service fee.

Check-in &
Check-out Time
Check-in time is
between 3:00 PM and 5:PM. If you need to
arrive after 5:00 PM, please call to
make arrangements for a later check-in.
Check-out time is 11:AM.

Policies
Please review the
following policies, and please feel free
to call us if you have any question
regarding to any of these:

- 10.4% city & bed tax
not included in the rate
above;

Cancellation must be
made in advance or the
room rate will be
charged;
- All rooms are
non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted
outside on the deck;
- Children welcome.
Please notify us in
advance if you plan to
bring children, and we
will make appropriate
preparations;
- You may stay up as
late as you wish, but 10
P.M. begins our "quiet
time";
- Pets are not allowed
in the rooms but are
welcome;
- A $25 charge is
applied for adding a
third person in the
rented bedroom room;
- We will not be
responsible for items
left in the room after
checkout;
- Room subject to
change without notice;
- For the safety of
all, there are no flames
or fires allowed in the
rooms. This includes
incense, candles, and
oils;
- If asked to leave,
no refund will be
issued.
